Return Process

Inspect your garment immediately upon arrival to ensure the style, color, and size match your original order confirmation.
- 2.Contact Your Showroom
If you identify a manufacturing defect or shipping error, contact the specific Bella Bridesmaids showroom where you placed your order within 48 hours of receipt.
- 3.Submit Documentation
Provide clear photographs of the issue along with your order number to our stylists for a formal quality assessment.
- 4.Follow Return Instructions
If a return or exchange is authorized, follow the provided shipping instructions to send the unworn, unaltered garment back in its original packaging.
